Holosiivska Dolyna Residential complex is a comfort-class building located in a well-maintained green area of Kyiv. Ventilation systems for sections 1 to 6 were supplied and installed.

Equipment for general ventilation and smoke ventilation systems was manufactured and installed. More than 200m2 of air ducts were installed with mandatory fire-retardant coating and roof-mounted smoke-extraction fans and axial fans were installed to provide airflow in case of fire.

Each floor and elevator shafts are equipped with fire dampers with electromagnetic mechanisms.
