Stages of work
1. Departure of a process engineer to the facility
The specialist inspects the facility and determines what preparatory work will be needed, and what type of air conditioning will be optimal.
2. Design
We develop the terms of reference, taking into account all the wishes of the client and the requirements for the system. The design department provides draft and detailed designs.
3. Approval of the design and specification
At this stage, we acquaint the customer with a cost estimate and design argumentation. We agree on the budget and key features of the system.
4. Contract signing
In the contract, we specify the list and terms of work. After signing and making an advance payment, we proceed to work.
5. Purchase and supply of equipment
We purchase equipment only directly from manufacturers. This guarantees the quality of the entire system and reduces the client’s purchase costs.
6. Installation
Installers with all the necessary training, permits and tools carry out installation of the line and climate equipment.
7. Automation
At a client’s request, we fully or partially automate the system for easy control and its operation monitoring.
8. Testing and start-up

9. Commissioning
