A construction license is required for facilities of IV and V categories of complexity. These are buildings that are designed to accommodate more than 300 people. Examination and diagnostics

SMARTKOMPLEKT specialists can conduct a comprehensive check of the installed heating system, i.e. detect malfunctions, measure pressure, and inspect the system for contaminations and leaks.

If a heating system has not yet been installed, the engineer visits the client's facility, inspects the premises and determines the current climatic conditions and tasks. A specialist checks whether access is open to the places where equipment is installed, water supply and uninterrupted power supply pipes are laid, or whether preparatory work is needed.

Design and documentation

Based on the client's tasks, the company's specialists draw up detailed technical documentation of the facility. The design department develops draft and detailed designs and prepares technical and legal documents necessary for system installation and commissioning.

Selection and delivery of equipment

Our company has been cooperating with manufacturers of equipment and consumables for 13 years. We do not promote individual brands, but cooperate with a whole list of well-known companies and choose the products that are ideally suited to the client's facility. We also undertake the delivery of all materials to the facility. When choosing equipment, we take into account

Installation and commissioning works

Installation of heating systems in accordance with the norms and requirements of the project documentation. Our specialists take into account the features of the purpose of the room, structures inside the room. Both the technical aspect of the issue is fully maintained, but also the aesthetic issue, which also matters.

Upon completion of installation works, heating systems are brought to the required operating mode in accordance with the norms and special requirements of the Customer.

During the first 72 hours, the system is tested and put into operation.

Technical and post-warranty service

At the request of the client or in accordance with the terms of the contract, we check the operation of the existing heating system. In case of failures in the system, we promptly eliminate them.

Cleaning and disinfection

We carry out maintenance of the heating system within the time frame, taking into account the type of system and the need for frequency specified in the contract.

Automation and dispatching

Our electronics specialists equip the heating system with automatic control. Sensors monitor the heat carrier temperature, system pressure, room temperature, etc. If necessary, they activate the corresponding system or improve the operation of mechanisms. Automation allows adjusting the heating system operation according to the required climatic parameters on site or remotely, protecting against overloads and preventing emergencies.

Types of heating systems that we install

Depending on the conditions in the room and the tasks, we select the appropriate type of heating.

Water heating

A heating system where the heat transfer inside is carried out by a liquid (water or antifreeze) is called a water heating system. The available liquid is heated from a heat source and transported through pipes to radiators located in the rooms, which serve as the main heating equipment. The temperature in such a system is adjusted either manually, by means of a thermostatic head mounted on the radiator, or automatically by heat regulators. Depending on the connection and method of pipe routing, a distinction is made between one-pipe, two-pipe or two-flow systems with top, bottom, vertical or horizontal distribution.

Electric heating

It is less common due to the high cost of electricity, despite the main advantage of such networks, i.e. the convenience of their use. The heating devices used in this type of heating system are

- Electric convection heaters are a more convenient alternative to radiators, but they often warm up the room unevenly;

- Electric boilers are often used in premises where it is problematic to install gas or solid fuel boilers;

- Electric underfloor heating is usually used as an additional source of heating.

Air heating

Air heating is a method of heating by blowing hot air into the rooms. This type of heating system does not require:

- boiler room;

- pipelines that may freeze and become unusable;

- radiators that heat the walls more than the room itself.

Steam heating

In steam heating, water steam moves through pipelines. Its temperature ranges between 130°C and 200°C. This heating system is therefore often used in industrial companies which use steam as a by-product of their production processes.

Alternative heating

Alternative sources of heating are systems that work with heat generators based on renewable energy sources. These are solar, geothermal and biological energy. Boilers, heat pumps and solar panels are used, which accumulate heat and produce electricity. This type of system is more expensive at the installation stage than our usual heating systems, but in operation, the costs are recouped in a few years and further save the consumer money.

1. Engineer's visit to the facility

An engineer visits the facility and inspects the premises or building. A specialist determines the type of heating that will provide the client with the necessary climatic conditions.

2. Calculation of the project and cost estimate

The design department prepares the terms of reference and cost estimate. Work structure and plan are formed in such a way that the costs are minimal, and the execution period is the shortest.

3. Project documentation

We undertake the preparation of project documents. We agree their content with the client beforehand.

4. Contract signing

This document shows the client what types of work and in what terms the contractor undertakes to perform. From the moment of signing the contract, our team begins the implementation of the project.

5. Purchase and supply of equipment

Thanks to many years of cooperation with manufacturers, we purchase devices and consumables according to a cost estimate at competitive prices. Well-established logistics allow us to ensure the integrity of the equipment during transportation.

6. Installation

We equip installers with all the necessary tools and create conditions for them to work safely.

7. Automation

Specialists equip heating with a system that automates its operation. They install and activate sensors, and integrate them with the control unit. Specialists instruct the client’s employees on how to configure and monitor the main indicators.

8. Testing and start-up

Specialists check the operation of all elements of the heating system: from the tightness of pipes and fittings to the reactions of the automated control unit. After testing, the system is put into operation.

9. Maintenance
