Smoke extraction fans
Eliminate combustion products and excessive heat from the room. Roof fans are most often used.
They are mounted on the roof and do not occupy space in the room. If it is not possible to place such a device outside, radial and centrifugal fans are installed in the workshop and connected to the air duct. It is also possible to install fire-resistant fans of other types.
They supply clean air from the street to stairwells and elevator zones and create overpressure there. This prevents smoke from entering escape routes.
Fire-resistant insulation of air ducts
Smoke extraction ducts must be treated with appropriate fire protection material. The insulation protects against fires in the system, overheating of the pipes and the spread of carbon monoxide. The composition of the thermal insulation layer is selected according to the composition of the smoke and the amount of smoke that can potentially be emitted in the event of a fire.
Smoke extraction valves
They are the essential elements in any smoke extraction system. They block the escape of combustion gases into rooms, corridors, stairwells and other escape routes, conveying it into isolated escape shafts. The valves provide an unobstructed supply of fresh air. Their material is resistant to fire and high temperatures.
Heat-resistant air ducts
These are ways for combustion gas venting in smoke extraction systems. They are made of heat-resistant materials that are resistant to corrosion. Components are installed hermetically, which prevents leakage and spread of harmful substances in rooms.
Control centres for fans, smoke detectors, fire dampers, air boosters and other elements of the smoke extraction system. 1. Departure of a process engineer to the facility

We develop the terms of reference taking into account all the client’s wishes, system performance requirements and fire safety rules of State Building code В.1.1.7-2002. The design department draws up draft and detailed designs, and discusses them with the customer.
3. Approval of the design and specification
At this stage, we provide the client with a cost estimate and design reasoning. We coordinate the budget and system features.
4. Execution of a contract
In the document, we specify the list of works and deadlines.
5. Purchase and delivery of equipment
We buy equipment from trusted suppliers and bring it to the site.
We assemble and install the line and equipment for smoke extraction.
At the request of the customer, we fully or partially automate the system for its instant response and easy control.
8. Testing and start-up
We test the operation of the smoke extraction system to make sure that the installation is correct, and the settings are accurate. We put the equipment into operation.
