Design stages
1. Drawing up terms of reference
At the initial stage of the design, it is necessary to get terms of reference. SMARTKOMPLEKT specialists prepare terms of reference that meet the requirements of the Customer and provide support at the stages of development and approval.
2. Preparation of design documents
The design department of the SMARTKOMPLEKT company begins to prepare design documents, coordinating all the details of architectural and construction documents.
The design is made taking into account the features of the climatic region, the functional purpose of the premises, and the norms and requirements of the technical and technological tasks.
3. Calculation
At this stage, heat losses and heat inflows are calculated, which are compensated by air conditioning and ventilation systems. Then the calculation and tracing of ventilation ducts are made. Axonometric drawings of ventilation and air conditioning systems are developed.
4. Equipment selection
Selection of the main equipment: ventilation units, chillers, heating radiators, fan coils, as well as auxiliary equipment.
5. Tasks for installation teams.
Tasks for general construction, welding, electrical and plumbing works are being developed for installation teams.
